We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@bareformula.co and we will make it right.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment.
